Meet Our Team

Welcome to Meredith Landing Real Estate! We are a boutique real estate firm, independently owned and operated, located along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in the picturesque town of Meredith, NH. We are committed to provide the highest level of customer service while maintaining a conduct that is morally upright, fair and ethical.

Bronwen Donnelly’s career began back in 2003. At that time, she helped open a new real estate office for a reputable brokerage group, in the Lakes Region. After working for two years as an administrative assistant and advertising coordinator, she soon realized her heart was in sales. In 2005, Bronwen earned her New Hampshire Real Estate Agent license, and eight years later, in 2015, she earned her New Hampshire Broker's License. Bronwen then managed a thriving office for seven years, before deciding to branch out on her own. In February 2022, she opened Meredith Landing Real Estate, LLC.

“I feel very fortunate to have an office location in the heart of Meredith, along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Growing up in Meredith, which has always been a quaint New England town, provided me with a great sense of community and the opportunity to lean on, and learn from, its residents. I take great pride in helping friends and family purchase and sell property here. Although the majority of my business is from repeat sales and referrals, I am always grateful for the opportunity to work with new clients looking to relocate here,” says Bronwen.

Brownen’s vision for Meredith Landing Real Estate, LLC, is to create long-lasting relationships built on trust, and integrity. “We want to offer a boutique, and personal experience with each real estate transaction, while providing our clients with polished, professional, cutting-edge technology, marketing, and service.”

When she is not showing properties, negotiating deals, or meeting with new clients, you can find Bronwen cheering on her two sons (and coach husband) while they play football, basketball, tennis and baseball. Bronwen also enjoys boating on Lake Winnipesaukee and hiking New Hampshire’s beautiful mountains with her friends, and family.

She graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Retail Marketing. After graduation she moved to New York to work in the fashion industry, where she worked for Neiman Marcus in White Plains for 11 years.

Wanting to make a career change Amy and her husband moved to New Hampshire and bought a restaurant. Also having experience in interior design, staging and construction, (from her Dad and Brother) Amy began buying properties to renovate and sell. Which she continues to do to this day.

Melissa Cribbie

With a broad background in psychology, social work and education, Melissa has always had a passion for working with others and achieving their own personal goals.  Her experience will be highly valuable in working with both Buyers and Sellers as she will be with her clients every step of the way.

Melissa offers exceptional care, consideration and dedication.  Achieving her clients goals is her goal.

Melissa, her husband and two sons lived in India for three years prior to returning to Center Harbor, New Hampshire to set down roots.  After living abroad and traveling worldwide, Melissa always felt drawn to return to New Hampshire.  Having grown up in New Hampshire and summer vacationing at family homes in Wolfeboro and Meredith, Melissa knew this is where ‘home’ is.

"When I asked Melissa Cribbie to aid me in finding a home, she didn’t just do that. She doesn’t just find homes, she finds what works best for her clients and their happiness regarding real estate. The timelines of her searches, her availability, and dedication to helping me find my new home; let me know that I had made the right decision in asking her for help. While we were still hunting, there were times I thought she was more excited than I was. She’s very passionate about her job, and if any of my friends are looking to move I’m sending them her way. Thank you again!!!" - Macallaster W.

Gail’s children loved to spend time at the Lake.  Her family loved it here so much that they moved back full time to Gilford, and Gail has been selling real estate in the Lakes Region ever since.

From small summer cottages to commercial properties, Gail is well rounded to serve her prospective buyers and sellers, as well as re-sales. She strives to provide outstanding customer service with the goal of having complete customer satisfaction.

Gail enjoys showing off the Lakes Region to her buyers, with the beauty and laid-back living we all cherish. After all these years, Gail is still convinced that this is one of the best places one could live! We couldn’t agree more!

Gail enjoys the Lakes Region beaches, boating, and walking along the waterfront near her home. She partakes in the summer theaters, art galleries and shows, and supports Spoke the Hub, Egdance, and Digby Dance Studios in New York City where her niece is an instructor and performer.

Christopher Williams

Christopher Williams with Meredith Landing Real Estate.jpg

Christopher was born and raised in Jamestown, RI, a small island town with a rich mix of grand summer homes, historic properties, and warm, friendly neighborhoods stemming from a quaint village (used in the movie Me, Myself, and Irene). This atmosphere is not unlike what is found in every Lakes Region town and helped me nurture a true appreciation for vacation towns and their residents, both summer and year-round.

After nearly a decade in banking with BankBoston, Christopher moved to NH in 1998 to reach for other opportunities and "try something new". Those opportunities included working in the hospitality and agriculture industries, selling homemade crafts and chocolates, and to owning 4 retail gift shops and a candy store. Christopher's career path seemed to have more points of interest then the Mt. Washington on a sunny day!

That career path proved to be invaluable as Christopher embarked on his most challenging and rewarding move yet ... to work in real estate. Since Christopher is one of the youngest of 12 children, working in a family business with greatly experienced people was like being home! Christopher knew that this was the career for him and began working on becoming a Realtor®. Christopher used the experience and knowledge gained from his co-workers to achieve his real estate license in 2008 and offer a great bundle of real estate tools to his clients.

Now, Christopher uses the many facets of his career path, the great experience and knowledge drawn from co-workers and mentors, and that hometown "family" atmosphere of Meredith Landing Real Estate to bring a rich and balanced package to buyers and sellers alike.

Lisa has been living in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire full-time since 1986. Prior to that, she spent every summer at her family’s wonderful property overlooking Squam Lake. Called Cotton Farm, this property was bought by Lisa’s Grandfather in 1919. His great, great grandchildren continue to vacation at this very spot. Lisa decided to build her own home next door to the family’s big old summer bungalow to continue her own memories on Squam.

Lisa began her real estate career in Taos, New Mexico where she raised her 3 children and taught skiing at Taos Ski Valley. She continued in real estate when she moved back full time to New Hampshire. Lisa has been selling homes in the Sandwich area ever since. “I am fortunate to have so many wonderful customers and clients, many of whom have since become close friends.”

Lisa skis, hikes, plays tennis and pickleball, golfs, swims, kayaks, and enjoys any other sports which might present themselves. “I love living in a place that means so much to me in so many ways, and then help others find something equally wonderful for themselves.  “There is definitely a book to be written someday!”

Meg Wardlaw Marsland

Meg Wardlaw Marsland

Headshot - for business cards.jpeg

Meg is thrilled to join the team at Meredith Landing and to partner with her legendary mom Lisa Wardlaw. Growing up in a real estate family, Meg’s childhood memories are filled with times of viewing homes, properties, and acreage with both of her parents. She loved walking into homes or buildings and envisioning how each property might be transformed to suit a new owner’s needs.

For the past 24 years, Meg and her husband have raised their two children, now 18 and 16, in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains of Utah where they love to ski, mountain bike, camp, fish and enjoy the incredible outdoors. Meg's love for the Lakes Region is lifelong. Her family has been on Squam for over 100 years and have enjoyed all the resources and benefits the area has to offer, from the lakes to the mountains, small town living to accessing larger metropolitan areas. As a family they are fortunate to relish the mountains of the west in winter and lake life in New
Hampshire in the summer. Her children are the 6th generation to have profound generational bonds with this area.

Before embarking on her journey in Real Estate in Park City, Meg was a career educator and family/student advocate. Education gave Meg the perfect avenue to hone her skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. She now leverages these skills to provide her clients with exceptional service, ensuring that every transaction is as smooth and stress-free as possible. She believes a Realtor® needs good communication, honesty and full transparency. Understanding a client’s desires is the first step. Being friendly, accessible, loyal and a good listener, coupled with a deep commitment to the area, is what will make a partnership successful.
